Getting traffic to a website is one thing. Turning that traffic into real, high-quality leads is another. In this case study, I’ll walk through how I helped WindowGeniusAI — a U.S. window replacement brand — increase their lead conversion rate by over 40% using a mix of design, automation, and AI tools.
The Challenge
WindowGeniusAI was running Google Ads and getting visitors, but very few were converting into quote requests. Their homepage was cluttered, and there was no follow-up system for visitors who abandoned the form.
Our Conversion Strategy
1. Designed a Dedicated Landing Page
I created a mobile-friendly page focused on one goal: capturing quote requests. Key elements included:

- ✅ Trust signals: badges, testimonials, before/after photos
- ✅ Short form: name, email, phone, ZIP code, service type
2. Embedded AI Chatbot
To capture visitors who didn’t fill the form, I implemented a chatbot that:
- 💬 Greeted users in 3 seconds
- 📲 Collected name + phone + service interest
- 📧 Sent the lead directly to the inbox + CRM
3. Added Lead Nurture Automation
After submission, each lead received a 3-step email/SMS sequence:
- ✅ Confirmation message
- ✅ Follow-up in 24 hours with testimonial + offer
- ✅ Final reminder after 3 days
The Results
- 📈 Conversion rate increased from 11% → 15.7%
- 📞 1 in 6 chatbot users became a qualified lead
- 📧 Email response rate on follow-up = 42%
Impact for the Business
This translated to more quote requests per week, improved sales close rate, and better use of their ad budget. Most importantly, it gave them a repeatable lead generation system that continues to bring results.
Final Thoughts
